Each form of carnitine selected for Carnigen Plus was evaluated based on efficacy and potency. Some forms of carnitine have poor bioavailability, meaning your body can’t readily absorb them. When creating Carnigen Plus, only the best forms were chosen and then combined with key cofactors to ensure maximum effect.

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving 1-2 times per day. Mix 1 serving with 4 fl. oz of cold water (to desired sweetness) and consume immediately. For best results take 20-30 minutes prior to training or add to your post- training recovery drink. During your workout and throughout the day, it is recommended that you drink plenty of water.
